Our milks are totally free of additives and unsweetened, just naturally delicious! Fresh, coconutty and naturally sweet Plenish Coconut Milk it\u2019s a special addition to your morning porridge, smoothie or as a natural sweetener to coffee. Contains 36% less sugar and 30 % less calories than semi skimmed milk. At Plenish we’re committed to do what\u2019s good for you and for the Planet; we completely offset our CO2 emissions and our coconut milk produces 22% less C02 emissions than dairy milk.<\/p>\n
