What does the 121 Dietitian Care Home Assessment provide?
- Menu Analysis – standard, diabetic, and puree menus or menus specific to the residents – random days selected.
- Upwards of 75 meals and snacks analysed via a computer programme
- Findings include macro and micronutrient provision discussed
- Recommendations and guidance provided if necessary in the report to assist RQIA inspection
