What Next ???
- You can pick the programme you want to book and then select the day and time to suit you.
- You will then be accepted to our secure Portal in which you can complete our pre-appointment forms.
- We hope to see you for an appointment within 2 weeks of your completed forms being returned.
- During busy times, we will promptly respond to your appointment request. After you have filled out the relevant forms, we will offer you an appointment at the earliest available time slot.
