Buckwheat Noodles are generally considered one of the most nourishing fast foods on earth. Buckwheat is high in protein, fiber, and minerals such as magnesium. Since buckwheat is not a type of wheat but instead a seed of a broad leaf plant related to the rhubarb family, it is ideal for gluten free and wheat free diets. Our King Soba Organic 100% Buckwheat Noodles are kosher, ideal for vegetarians, vegans, and celiac; also, as a low glycemic index food, they work well in the GI (Glycemic Index) diet.
Organic buckwheat flour, water.
Remove paper ties. Bring water to a rolling boil and slowly submerge noodles then reduce to medium heat. Gently separate with a fork. Cook for 5 – 6 minutes stirring occasionally. Do not overcook! Drain and rinse well with cold water. Add to your ingredients or sauce.
